Welcome to your 2018 enrollment guide. We encourage you to take<br />
the time to learn about the options and programs available – this will<br />
help you make decisions during enrollment and engage in healthy<br />
behaviors throughout the year.<br />
Enroll on the Your Benefits Resources (YBR) website<br />
through the New York Life intranet or on the Internet at<br />
http://resources.hewitt.com/newyorklife<br />
If you are a new hire, you have 31 days from your date of hire to enroll. Your choices will take effect<br />
retroactively to your date of hire.<br />
Current employees must make changes for 2018 during the annual enrollment period. If you don’t<br />
