Students who enroll in the M.Ed. in Educational Leadership intend to pursue a career in school<br />
administration or a leadership role within an educational setting. All courses prepare students for<br />
the Florida Educational Leadership Examination (FELE), which is a certiļ¬cation required to become<br />
a school leader. The program can be started in fall, spring or summer, and completed in as little as<br />
three semesters. Evening, weekend, hybrid and summer courses are offered, making the program<br />
idea for teachers. Students gain practical experience through embedded internships every<br />
