Welcome to your 2018 enrollment guide. We encourage you to take<br />
the time to learn about the options and programs available – this will<br />
help you make decisions during enrollment and engage in healthy<br />
behaviors throughout the year.<br />
Enroll on the Your Benefits Resources (YBR) website through<br />
the Agency Portal or on the Internet at<br />
http://resources.hewitt.com/newyorklife<br />
If you are a new agent, you have 31 days from your contract date to enroll. Your choices will take<br />
effect retroactively to your contract date.<br />
Current agents must make changes for 2018 during the annual enrollment period. If you don’t make<br />
