t’s been an exciting and wonderful journey thus<br />
far in our first half century. Florida Institute of<br />
Technology has come of age—and is now a leader in<br />
its own time.<br />
We speak often of Florida Tech’s humble beginnings 50<br />
years ago, while taking great pride in the evolution of that<br />
fledgling night school into this internationally recognized and<br />
respected center of learning and research. Innovation and<br />
discovery have been our touchstones.<br />
The spirit with which we undertook the Golden Anniversary<br />
Campaign is inextricably woven into the fabric of who we are<br />
as researchers, scientists and educators. We look to the horizon<br />
and see not only what is, but what could be.
