grows by 7 people…<br />
This March, we want to know what 3 sec-<br />
onds looks like to you. The Surfrider Foun-<br />
dation proudly presents “The 3 Second<br />
Movie contest.” Surfrider is challenging its<br />
supporters to share their cinematic visions<br />
and interpretations of water by creating a<br />
short three-second film.<br />
“Our perception of the world around us is<br />
often formed by quick glimpses,” says Chad<br />
Nelsen, Surfrider Foundation’s Environ-<br />
mental Director. “It is amazing how these<br />
short moments of just a second or two can<br />
combine to tell a larger story.”<br />
