warrants that all playstructures and/<br />
or equipment sold will conform in kind<br />
and in quality to the specifications<br />
manual for the products identified in the<br />
Acknowledgment of Order and will be free<br />
of defects in manufacturing and material.<br />
Manufacturer further warrants:<br />
100-Year Limited Warranty on all<br />
stainless steel fasteners, aluminum posts and<br />
beams against structural failure due to corrosion/<br />
natural deterioration or manufacturing defects.<br />
15-Year Limited Warranty on all<br />
plastic components and steel components,<br />
against structural failure due to material or<br />
manufacturing defects.<br />
3-Year Limited Warranty on all other<br />
parts such as Clatterbridges, D-Rings, Wiggle<br />
Ladders, Chain Ladders, Air Dancer, Disc<br />
Challenge, all rocking or moving equipment,<br />
