Happy 2018!<br />
With every new year, we make resolutions to lose<br />
weight, exercise more, think more positively; you get the<br />
idea. I’ve made more than a few of these declarations<br />
myself, and I’ve found that the best way to stick to them<br />
is to have a definitive plan of action and commit to it. It’s<br />
not easy, but it pays off.<br />
So, what does that have to do with TxDOT? Well, we’re<br />
resolving to do a better job of making our workforce<br />
more inclusive, more diverse. That’s not being politically<br />
correct; it’s being morally right and business smart.<br />
