The world’s population is predicted to reach nine<br />
billion by 2050, yet global agricultural food output will<br />
fall by 16 per cent. The increasing strains on food,<br />
energy, water, soil and biodiversity will force cities<br />
and their regions around the world to re-assess their<br />
existing consumption patterns.<br />

What can we do to build a sustainable way of life for<br />
