A<br />
fter publishing its first Digital Guide,1 DLA Piper decided to expand its<br />
work on the changes wrought by the digital transformation. The result<br />
is this white paper, in which we discuss the challenges digital techno-<br />
logy presents today and will present tomorrow in a variety of industries.<br />
This paper is being published in a new age, when the formerly “new” techno-<br />
logies have matured and can achieve new, increasingly targeted objectives.<br />
With time, these new technologies have shown themselves to be capable of<br />
