Dear Sigma Kappa sisters,<br />
Autumn is a time of great change. The leaves<br />
turn from green to vivid reds, yellows and<br />
oranges; the weather changes from warm and<br />
balmy to cool and crisp; and students switch<br />
from the summer mindset back into school<br />
mode. This autumn also brought many positive<br />
changes to Sigma Kappa Sorority.<br />
This summer I attended my first College Officer<br />
Training School (COTS), during which many<br />
new initiatives were unveiled. It was inspiring<br />
to see the excitement on nearly 600 members’<br />
faces as the new visual identity was revealed,<br />
the improved Promise for New Members and<br />
membership selection programs were discussed,<br />
