<br /> Green bonds<br /> POST-ISSUANCE REPORT<br /> 2019<br /> Preface<br /> In September 2017, Sveaskog issued a new bond for a total of SEK<br /> 1 billion under a new green framework. Underlying this framework<br /> are the “Green Bond Principles” the aim of which is to promote<br /> investment in projects that deliver environmental sustainability.<br /> Sveaskog’s framework has been reviewed by Det Norske Veritas – GL.<br /> In 2018 Sveaskog did not issue any new bond under the framework,<br /> but in April 2019 it was time again and a total of SEK 1.1 billion was<br /> issued. There was considerable interest and the bond was placed<br /> with 19 investors in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.<br /> Limiting global warming is one of the greatest challenges of our<br /> time.
