I<br />
t’s the start of a new fiscal year and we’re<br />
putting record-settings levels of investment<br />
to work for the people of Texas, including in<br />
the 2024 Unified Transportation Program<br />
(UTP), project lettings, and contractor payments.<br />
The 2024 UTP adopted by the Texas Transportation<br />
Commission (Commission) in August, invests $100<br />
billion in current and future project construction for a<br />
total investment of $142 billion in project development<br />
and delivery. The $100 billion, which is a $15 billion<br />
increase over last year’s UTP, includes investments in<br />
