at Star of Hope!<br />
Special event honors Star of Hope moms<br />
We strive to make mothers at Star of Hope feel<br />
loved and cared for every day of the year. But<br />
Mother’s Day is always extra special here. Trees of<br />
Hope board members hosted our Moms Matter event<br />
in May, treating 50 mothers and their children residing<br />
at the Women & Family Development Center to a<br />
light breakfast donated by H-E-B Central Market and<br />
Chick-fil-A. The event also featured door prizes and<br />
fellowship with the other moms and Trees of Hope<br />
board members.<br />
All mothers at Star of Hope received gift bags with<br />
items donated by Project Glimmer, Dermava, Kristen<br />
Colander Ceramics and Raising Canes, as well as<br />
items funded by the Trees of Hope board and donors.<br />
