Dear Equipment User:<br />
In recent months we've seen signs of economic improvement. The<br />
housing market seems to be stabilizing, and the second year of the<br />
stimulus is bringing an increase in actual spending on governmental<br />
projects. We're cautiously optimistic that these small steps will lead<br />
to a larger expansion of work in the near future.<br />
Eventually, the broader economy will rebound and we'll see<br />
construction rise again.
