and the World Bank Art Program are honored to present<br />
the 25 winners of the international art competition.<br />
<br />
South Asia remains the least integrated region in the world. Breaking barriers is not<br />
only about the economics and trade of goods and services. It is also about sharing ideas,<br />
feelings and visions. It is thinking out of the box and being creative. It is proposing,<br />
promoting change and expressing through art.<br />
South Asia is home to the largest population of young people in the world. The new<br />
generations are vibrant, talented and open to diļ¬erent points of view. They are connected<br />
through technology and want their voices to be heard. They are in constant movement<br />
and willing to break barriers to build a better and common future. Art is a way to<br />
