Michelle Louise, Designer and co-founder of Chrome Angels Inc, recognized her passion for fashion and art at the early age of<br />
15, while designing, cutting and sewing her own apparel,with the assistance of her mother: a seamstress and coat-maker from<br />
Manchester, England.<br />
Harley Riker, CEO and co-Founder of Chrome Angels Inc, recognized his love and talent for design, building bikes and<br />
hot rods; which can be seen in many international car magazines today. In addition Harley has been successful in many start up<br />
companies, since the early age of 19.<br />
Together they founded Angel Fine Candles in the kitchen of their sunny Woodland Hills, California home in 1998.<br />
Their Los Angeles based operation found its Niche in the Fashion Industry in 2002, with it's innovative candle designs.<br />
