FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT<br />
Built in 2003, the Stanford University Rowing and Sailing Center is<br />
widely regarded as one of the best facilities of its kind in the nation.<br />
Located in the Port of Redwood City, the Dean Morrison Boathouse<br />
is a two story complex with five boat bays, more than 16,000 square<br />
feet of space, locker rooms, a conference room/banquet hall, a laundry<br />
room, and kitchen area. As the home to the rowing and sailing teams,<br />
the Rowing and Sailing Center plays host to five Stanford varsity sports,<br />
as well as summer camps, P.E. sailing students, and high school teams<br />
throughout the Bay Area.<br />
Stanford Sailing uses the Carl and Shirley Schoof Sailing Docks as its<br />
own launch ramp and floating docks. These provide access to Redwood<br />
Creek for Stanford's brand new fleet of 18 FJs and 12 420s. In addition,<br />
