Message from the Chairman<br />
As I review the results of our work throughout this year I am struck by how the<br />
continued support and loyalty of the community inspires change for so many<br />
men, women and young people with learning disabilities. Yet the term “Feast<br />
and Famine” has never been so apt.<br />
