That's why&lt;br /&gt; we're asking you to help us give hope to those who need it.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Grants for The UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation provides families in need with&lt;br /&gt; medical grants of up to $5,000 to help pay for medical services such as speech&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Children therapy, or medical equipment like hearing aids and wheelchairs.
