NEW YORK—The New York State Board<br />
of Regents, first expected to vote on emer-<br />
gency draft regulations in May for the state<br />
accountancy reform law's July 26 effective<br />
date, is now expected to review the pro-<br />
posed regulations at two separate series of<br />
meetings in May and in June, said Daniel<br />
J. Dustin, the executive secretary for the<br />
New York State Board for Public<br />
Accountancy.<br />
