Dear Friend,
Should we send Star of Hope’s kids to summer camp when the economy
is so bad? Is it something they really need?
We had to ask ourselves that question—we wouldn’t be good stewards if
we didn’t.
Fresh air, quiet, the beauty of God’s creation, time to play and relax...we
might take them for granted. But growing up in poverty in the inner city, most of
the children at Star of Hope have never had these blessings.
