In a world that is becoming increasingly complex and interdependent, I am mindful of the important role Sodexo’s commitment
to diversity and inclusion plays in our current and future business success. As Sodexo moves from a service provider to a
partner in Quality of Life solutions, it is imperative that we identify and solve the challenges facing our clients. Sodexo’s
commitment to diversity and inclusion enhances the creativity, productivity and innovation of our people and that translates
into bottom-line success.
This year, we introduced the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board (DIAB) to help Sodexo stay focused on, and remain
accountable for, making progress on its diversity and inclusion objectives. The DIAB, composed of seven members from outside
the company, will serve as both external ambassadors
