In a world that is becoming increasingly complex and interdependent, I am mindful of the important role Sodexo’s commitment<br />
to diversity and inclusion plays in our current and future business success. As Sodexo moves from a service provider to a<br />
partner in Quality of Life solutions, it is imperative that we identify and solve the challenges facing our clients. Sodexo’s<br />
commitment to diversity and inclusion enhances the creativity, productivity and innovation of our people and that translates<br />
into bottom-line success.<br />
This year, we introduced the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board (DIAB) to help Sodexo stay focused on, and remain<br />
accountable for, making progress on its diversity and inclusion objectives.
