Doesn’t this describe life’s journey–both the darkness and the light?<br />
<br />
Even Jesus’ journey, which we celebrate during the Easter season, was characterized by both darkness and light–from His rejection and brutal suffering on the cross to the joyous reality of His resurrection. Jesus suffered, but He endured “for the joy set before Him” (Heb. 12:2).<br />
<br />
There are hundreds of life stories at Star of Hope that are filled with disappointment...failure...and worst of all, hopelessness. Bad decisions. Addictions. Homelessness. <br />
