service and the local economy. The forest service,<br />
in one of their own surveys, has estimated with<br />
over 90 percent confidence, that revenue from<br />
individuals visiting the forests generates over<br />
7.5 billion dollars ($7,500,000,000) to the local<br />
economies. What are those local economies going<br />
to do when the forest is closed to recreation? How<br />
are the environmental groups going to help these<br />
