AllIson
Fifteen-year-old Allison suffered abdominal wounds and a spinal cord injury in
a motor vehicle accident. At Nationwide Children’s, she received essential care
from several pediatric disciplines, including six weeks of Inpatient Rehab. She is
now independent with wheelchair mobility and transfers. She has also become
independent with self-care tasks. A bright, energetic young woman, Allison has
become very involved in high school and community activities.
