MICHIGAN WOLVERINES<br />
• Kept Michigan at the forefront at the NCAA Championships, leading the<br />
Wolverines to top 10 finishes in 16 of the past 25 seasons . As a team, the<br />
Wolverines have finished outside the top 25 only twice in Richardson’s tenure.<br />
• Coached the Wolverines to 14 Big Ten Conference team titles, including<br />
a string of 12 consecutive from 1987-98, a feat never before accomplished by<br />
any Big Ten women’s athletic team.<br />
• Guided seven Michigan swimmers to NCAA individual titles and has<br />
coached 165 Big Ten champions. In addition, 162 have earned NCAA All-<br />
America honors and 214 have been named NCAA honorable mention All-<br />
Americans .<br />
