2012 Annual Report<br />
2012 was a banner year for the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and our members.<br />
Not only did we successfully complete the Illinois license law transition but, after<br />
several upsurges in momentum, we seem to have finally rounded the corner toward a<br />
healthier local housing market.<br />
C.A.R. encouraged our members' ability to thrive in 2012 by:<br />
· Launching FastStats – the local market data program exclusive to Chicago<br />
REALTORS®<br />
· Adding group-rate health insurance as a member benefit<br />
· Hosting networking events and making more options available through our<br />
REALTORS® Real Estate School<br />
· Investing in our behind-the-scenes data infrastructure to serve you better,<br />
