GENDER PAY GAP REPORT 2017<br />
Flight Centre UK is pleased to report a median gender pay gap of just 4.55% for hourly pay in favour of<br />
men – compared to the national ONS median 18.1%.<br />
Designed to highlight the difference in average pay of men and women, the Government’s compulsory<br />
gender pay reporting is now a legal requirement for all businesses employing more than 250 staff.<br />
To satisfy Government methodology, Flight Centre commissioned an external audit to rigorously test<br />
the fairness of the company’s pay system through a variety of different tasks. This included probing the<br />
differences between men and women for hourly pay as well as bonus payments for all relevant employees.<br />
