as the Wolverines' top assistant.<br />
· Guided Michigan to eight consecutive top-10 performances at the NCAA<br />
Championships (2001-08), including a runner-up effort in 2005. Also led<br />
U-M to three straight Big Ten dual-meet titles (2004-06).<br />
· While at Michigan, has led 18 different student-athletes to three NCAA<br />
individual titles, 39 All-America citations and 17 Big Ten individual crowns.<br />
· Ranks third on Michigan's head coaching career wins list (132) behind<br />
