Celebrating 100 Years and Looking Forward to 100 More!<br />
Many exciting things are happening at North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC); most<br />
notably, NIACC is celebrating its 100th year anniversary. The first classes started at Mason City<br />
Junior College (MCJC) in September 1918. Much has changed at MCJC/NIACC over the past<br />
100 years, but a few things remain constant: NIACC’s commitment to quality education and our<br />
commitment to our local communities. After all, community is our middle name.<br />
Inside this edition of EXPLORE, there are many exciting and fun opportunities available to you.<br />
Maybe you have given some thought to acquiring new skills or obtaining certification of training<br />
in an area of study? The EXPLORE continuing education bulletin you hold in your hands contains<br />
