n today's economic environment, health<br />
care leaders face a stronger need to be<br />
managers of chaos. This statement might<br />
seem like a contradiction. After all, we've<br />
been told that chaos cannot be managed.<br />
However, the opposite is true. Researchers<br />
as well as the world's quantum physicists<br />
have come to realize that chaos can be<br />
known, predicted, and – yes – managed.<br />
Modern-day quantum physicists say that<br />
there's “a veiled reality” that will always<br />
elude us that contains chaotic behavior<br />
that can be known in quantum interac-<br />
tions.
