to room taxes, service charges, refundable security deposit and cancellation charges. Charges vary per destination & are normally itemized<br />
on the confirmation. Reservation revisions are subject to a $100.00 per person reprocessing fee. Cancellation penalties begin as soon as<br />
the booking is confirmed. Cancellations made up until 90 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 35% of the total rental<br />
charge. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of travel are non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy include villa rentals in St Barts, Cabo<br />
