<br />
Harvard Business PuBlisHing is pleased to announce that it has extended its highly<br />
successful Brief Cases collection to the accounting discipline. Currently, five Brief Cases<br />
in financial accounting are available for courses, with more to debut in Fall 2009.<br />
<br />
Characteristics of Brief Cases:<br />
π They are short. The average length of our accounting cases is 9 pages.<br />
π They are rigorous. Students are given challenging assignments that require quanti-<br />
tative analysis as well as the absorption of important accounting principles.<br />
π They are targeted at the first-year MBA-level course in accounting. The authors have<br />
