By a lot of measures, 2016 began rather turbulently.<br />
Global equity markets took an unprecedented beginning-<br />
of-the-year plunge that we might, or might not, have<br />
recovered from by the time you read these words in<br />
mid-February. The U.S. presidential election season has<br />
officially begun, calling into question which fiscal policies<br />
will affect your business in 2017 and beyond. And, as if<br />
that were not enough, a historic Januar y snowstorm left<br />
the northeast corridor blanketed with snow from Mary-<br />
land up to New England. In the midst of all that tumult,<br />
