ANNIVERSARY ADDITIONS<br />
Significant anniversaries should be celebrated and in these days of fast-paced change, it’s<br />
reassuring to know that great design and beauty have a lasting appeal. This year Royal<br />
Copenhagen is proud to honour the 130-year anniversary of Arnold Krog’s timeless Blue Fluted<br />
Half Lace and White Fluted Half Lace dinner services in the full knowledge that their allure is<br />
as strong today as it ever was.<br />
When Krog reinterpreted and simplified the existing Full Lace design in 1888, he created a new<br />
classic: a service that retained the delicate charm of the original but, by omitting the<br />
perforations, one that had a lighter and more modern appeal. In the Blue version, the lace trim<br />
border frames exquisite hand-painted blue flowers whilst in the White version, the service is<br />
