The arrival of the internet has brought about a seismic change in the way<br />
organisations are run, how people interact and how information is accessed.<br />
However, it is only relatively recently that the shift to internet-based channels<br />
and services have started to realise the exponential growth expected.<br />
Our clients are confronted by web-based drivers of change; cloud computing;<br />
online channels to market; and the challenge of valuing, protecting and<br />
exploiting digital assets. Together these drivers of change point to a shift in the<br />
commercial world – characterised by the transition from a single-jurisdiction,<br />
