WE'RE freezing our share of your council<br />
tax for the second year running – so we<br />
don't add to the cost of your bills.<br />
Council tax is one of the biggest bills you get<br />
each year and we don't want to ask you to dig<br />
deeper by making them even bigger.<br />
But it does mean we need to face up to some<br />
tough choices so we can balance our books.<br />
Our funding is reducing by £25 million over<br />
the next 12 months - that's on top of the £45<br />
