Welcome Students!<br />
The Northern Virginia Community College Financial Aid staff will do all we can to assist<br />
you in meeting the costs of your education at NOVA. Please help us by reading and<br />
responding to correspondence from our office. When you have been admitted to NOVA and<br />
have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)—the first step in the<br />
financial aid process—you will receive most subsequent correspondence via your NOVA<br />
e-mail account. It is your responsibility to read your NOVA e-mail regularly. You must also<br />
access your NOVAConnect account (www.nvcc.edu > My NOVA) at least weekly throughout<br />
the year, and respond immediately to requests for additional information.<br />
