Final finish system<br />
In today’s industry, tire manufacturers<br />
seek more sophisticated solutions to<br />
achieve final finish efficiencies, which<br />
meet their customers’ requirements and<br />
minimize manufacturing costs. To meet<br />
these needs, Micro-Poise has developed<br />
its Modular Tire Measurement System<br />
(MTMS), taking a holistic approach<br />
to overall final finish operations.<br />
MTMS optimizes the tire measurement<br />
process. The system is a machine<br />
configuration combining Astec Plus tire<br />
uniformity measurement, AkroDYNE<br />
dynamic balance measurement and TGIS-<br />
SL tire geometry inspection into a single,<br />
cohesive tire inspection process.<br />
