KF Fastigheter manages and develops a geographically strategic portfolio of mainly com-<br />
mercial properties with nearly 500,000 square metres of floorspace at a market value of<br />
approximately 7 billion SEK. The portfolio is concentrated to Stockholm, Gothenburg,<br />
Malmö and the Mälardalen region, which represents 92 % of the floor space and market<br />
value. Commercial property is over 90 % of the total property stock.<br />

KF Fastigheter’s ambition is to become the player that best integrates commerce with the<br />
