Luego de su sorpresivo arribo al país en horas de la madrugada de<br />
este lunes, el Presidente de la República, Hugo Chávez, se presentó ante<br />
miles de seguidores en el Balcón del Pueblo del Palacio de Miraflores.<br />
Vestido de militar y con una boina roja, el mandatario reafirmó que,<br />
aunque “estamos subiendo la cuesta” , no está dispuesto a separarse de<br />
los asuntos del poder.<br />
“Estoy sometido y debo estarlo durante un tiempo a un estricto con-<br />
