About USRowing<br />
The mission of USRowing is to provide ongoing<br />
opportunities to achieve excellence in rowing in the<br />
United States. In pursuit of this mission, USRowing<br />
will achieve the following results:<br />
· Consistently growing lifetime participation in<br />
rowing<br />
· Safe, fair racing opportunities for all rowers<br />
· Continually improved performance at the Olym-<br />
pic Games<br />
· Steadily increasing awareness of rowing<br />
· Continually growing knowledge and practice<br />
of rowing safety, healthy training methods and<br />
effective rowing technique<br />
· Fiscal growth and responsibility<br />
