INTRODUCTION<br />
The much anticipated equality Bill was finally published on 27 April 2009, together with detailed explanatory Notes. The Bill<br />
received Royal Assent in April 2010, becoming the equality Act 2010 (“equality Act”). The key provisions of the equality Act will<br />
