A FRESH NEW MENU AT AQUALINA.<br />

Corporate Executive Chef Robert van Rijsbergen has recently<br />
updated the menu at Aqualina to feature contemporary<br />
Italian food. While onboard, you can now enjoy two rotating<br />
menus of classic Italian dishes with a modern touch. Chef<br />
Robert is already receiving great praise from our guests, who<br />
love his twist on Italian favorites such as the Vitello Tonnato<br />
—a traditional veal dish with the addition of ahi tuna. Mangia!<br />
Mangia! We're getting hungry just thinking about it. The new menu<br />
is currently being served aboard both the Azamara Quest® and<br />
Azamara Journey®.<br />
