Dear Friend,<br />
If there’s one verse that inspired me more than any other in 2009, it’s Ephesians 3:20:<br />
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us...” (NIV)<br />
At the beginning of last year, with the economy in trouble and gloom all over the news, it would have been easy to be discouraged. But we at Star of Hope placed our trust in the God who can “do immeasurably more,” the God who makes all things “work for the good of those who love him.” And I can tell you, He certainly did!<br />
Instead of a problem, the extra influx of men, women and children in need all year became an opportunity to share His love and restore even more lives.<br />
