2017 ANNUAL REPORT Where Creativity Begins
SYKES COLLEGE OF BUSINESS
SYKES COLLEGE OF BUSINESS
A MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN
Dear Friends and Supporters,
It is a pleasure to provide you information about this past year’s
activities at the Sykes College of Business. We are very proud of all
the good work and progress in this academic year. One of the
challenges in writing this is that we have many noteworthy items
and not enough space to cover them all in this annual report. The
Sykes College of Business is continuously growing, strengthening
and gaining greater academic reputation every year. This past year
we hired more than 15 new faculty and staff and our enrollment as
of Fall 2017 peaked above 3,300 students. Our ranking at no. 78 in
Bloomberg Businessweek maintained our status among the best
MBA programs in the country (only three universities from Florida
were ranked)
