I learned a lot&lt;br /&gt; and it was much different than I thought it would be. I've been cooking and baking since I was&lt;br /&gt; 11 years old and I was used to measuring cups...so learning to use weights was quite different!&lt;br /&gt; After graduating with a Restaurant/Hotel Cookery degree, I did some line cooking after&lt;br /&gt; school and really didn't care for it. My husband and I relocated to Moorhead and I got a job&lt;br /&gt; baking at Moorhead State University. I loved baking there because I was given a lot of control&lt;br /&gt; on what I wanted to bake.
