FulFilling JOHN COOPER'S IDEAL OF SERVICE TO OTHERS
In early October, I was asked to design
a poster about Cooper's service projects
for a display at the Middle/Upper School
Book Fair that was held for the first
time at Barnes & Noble (page 26). As
someone who promotes and reports on
our varied outreach projects on a regular
basis, even I was surprised by the length
of the list that was limited to just this
school year (page 10). The diversity and
extent of ways that our school community
reaches out, in our local community and
across the globe, is impressive.
This issue features a sampling of these
projects as a way to applaud Cooper
students and adults for consistently
