Blooming to new life<br />
Dear Friend,<br />
If you have ever planted tulip bulbs,<br />
you know they are not pretty. In fact,<br />
they look dead. But come spring, they<br />
burst forth, fulfilling the promise of<br />
new life.<br />
In a similar way, when residents<br />
come to Star of Hope, they may have<br />
barely any life left in them. Hard times<br />
can hurt deep to the soul. Most times<br />
they can look ragged on the outside<br />
and feel empty on the inside.<br />
But no matter how rough they look,<br />
God is ready to make them beautiful<br />
