Former model Katie Price is suing Star<br />
and OK! magazines over articles which<br />
she claims breach a contract promising<br />
“goodwill” from Richard Desmond's<br />
Northern and Shell titles.<br />
Price is seeking unlimited damages for<br />
libel, malicious falsehood and breach of<br />
contract.<br />
The Star magazine article from 3<br />
October 2011, headlined `Jordan's bizarre<br />
new obsession', suggested she had<br />
“harassed” US celebrities the Kardashian<br />
sisters by “bombarding” them with<br />
Blackberry messages, a High Court claim<br />
form states. The magazine then published<br />
a `reader' letter on 10 October saying:<br />
